GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE

HS915 Srls based in Via Dante Alighieri 93/D, Novara (Italy), VAT [insert VAT], is the owner of the site www.handsync915.com and provides its customers with online sales of kart and sim racing gloves. These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the purchase of products through the site and form an integral part of any contract entered into between HS915 Srls and the customer.

3. PRODUCT INFORMATION

All products for sale are described as accurately as possible. However, any differences in color or small variations do not constitute conformity defects.

4. PURCHASING PROCEDURE

The Customer selects the desired product and adds it to the cart.
He proceeds to checkout, entering his information and selecting the payment method.
After the order is confirmed, the Customer receives a summary email.
HS915 Srls reserves the right to refuse orders in case of product unavailability or suspected fraud.

5. PRICES AND PAYMENTS

All prices are in Euros (€) and include VAT if applicable.

6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipments are made to Italy and EU countries by express courier.
Estimated delivery time varies by destination and is specified before payment.
HS915 Srls is not responsible for delays due to force majeure or courier problems.

7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (Art. 52 Legislative Decree 206/2005 – Consumer Code)

The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without having to provide any reasons.

The product must be returned undamaged, unused and in the original packaging.
Return costs are the responsibility of the Customer.
A refund will be made within 14 days of receiving the return, using the same payment method as the purchase.

7.1 RETURN POLICY

If the Customer wishes to return a product, the following conditions must be met:

Returns must be made within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product.
The product can be tried on for size and fit, but should not be used for sports or prolonged activities.
The product must be undamaged, with no signs of wear, dirt or damage.
It must be returned in its original packaging, complete with labels, instructions and accessories included.
HS915 Srls reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

8. LEGAL WARRANTY AND RETURNS

All products are covered by a 24-month legal warranty of conformity, as provided by the Consumer Code.
