These <strong>General Terms and Conditions of Sale<\/strong> govern the purchase of products through the site and form an integral part of any contract entered into between HS915 Srls and the customer. <\/p>\n<h2><strong>1. DEFINITIONS<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Seller<\/strong>: HS915 Srls<\/li>\n<li><strong>Customer<\/strong>: any natural or legal person who makes a purchase on the site.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Products<\/strong>: kart and sim racing gloves sold on the site.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Website<\/strong>: <a href=\"http:\/\/www.handsync915.com\" target=\"_new\" rel=\"noopener\">www.handsync915.com<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>2. SCOPE OF APPLICATION.<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the site and accepted by Seller. By placing an order, Customer acknowledges having read and accepted these Terms and Conditions. <\/p>\n<h2><strong>3. PRODUCT INFORMATION<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>All products for sale are described as accurately as possible. However, any differences in color or small variations do not constitute conformity defects. <\/p>\n<h2><strong>4.
